Turning Early Enterprise Traction Into the Next 5–10-15 Accounts
Your first customers are evidence that the product or service has value.
The next challenge is figuring out how to repeat that success across a carefully chosen group of enterprise accounts.
C Suite Connect is a focused enterprise account-development effort—not a generic lead-generation program and not a substitute for a full sales organization.
Two Ways We Can Work Together
1. I Personally Build Out Your Sales Pipeline
I work directly with the founder or CEO to identify, penetrate and develop a focused group of high-value enterprise accounts.
I build the pipeline hands-on—from identifying the right decision makers and building the target list, through first meetings, demos, follow-up and ultimately helping move qualified opportunities toward a close.
I will:
Identify the right enterprise decision makers across industries and departments and build the initial target-account list.
Build and populate the target list with business emails, direct phone numbers and LinkedIn connections.
Set up key first meetings with your team and decision makers, then help build and monitor the demo and follow-up process while continuing to add qualified prospects to the funnel.
Help close qualified opportunities and work with your team to finalize product iterations based on what we learn from the market.
2. Teach & Train Your Internal Team to Replicate My Lead Gen & Sales Pipeline Process
I work with a small group inside the company—founders, senior executives or other non-sales personnel—to teach them how to build and manage the same enterprise lead-generation and sales-development process.
The objective is to transfer the process to your team so they can continue building the pipeline themselves as the company grows.
I will teach your team how to:
Identify the right enterprise accounts and decision makers and build focused target lists by industry, department and role.
Research and build complete prospect records using email, direct phone, LinkedIn and other available sources to create actionable contact lists.
Initiate and develop relationships with target decision makers, secure first meetings and manage the demo and follow-up process.
Build, manage and advance the sales funnel—including qualification, follow-up, opportunity development and learning from each interaction to improve the process.
